Belt grab, palm up Step, arm break
Belt grab Lower arm break, punch
Wrist grab (same hand) Snap free, back fist
Wrist grab (side) Pull arm, side kick
Wrist grab (double) Pull arms, move together, knee to groin
Wrist grab (2 hands to one) Pull fist free, hammer fist or punch to face
Front shirt grab Circle sweep with opposite arm, punch with back arm
Shoulder grab Inside double block, grab shoulders, step back, head butt with forehead
Shoulder grab Inside double block, grab shoulders, front kick or knee to groin, punch
Neck grab (single hand) Pinch palm, step back & down, front kick
Neck grab (both hand) Pinch palms, step back & down, front kick
Neck grab (both hand) Spear hand to armpits
Neck grab (both hand) Hair/chin grab, twist neck
Neck grab, behind (both hand) Grab fingers, turn & twist to cross arms, front kick
Bear hug, behind Drop weight raising elbows, elbow strikes to ribs
Bear hug, behind under arms Head butt, shin scrape, foot stomp, finger grab & extend to release
Bear hug, front Knee to groin, head butt
Bear hug, front under arms Finger to upper lip, head strike, etc...
Hair grab Pinch palm, step back & down, front kick
One hand shoulder grab, behind Grab with same hand, roll out, side kick or lower arm break
Head lock, side Shoulder/knee pinch take down
Head lock, front Punch or ridge hand to groin, take down with shoulder to chest
Arm around neck, wrist behind back Turn head to breathe, finger grab, step behind take down

 

Knife defense techniques

Upper knife strike attack Upper block (LH), bend elbow (RH), vise grip, take down, break elbow
Upper knife strike attack Upper block (LH), reach under (RH), vise grip, take down, break elbow
Upper knife strike attack Upper block (RH), bend elbow (LH), circle to right, back sweep
Upper knife strike attack X block, pinch wrist, push @270, kick, duck under arm, flip, break wrist
Left side slash Double knife hand block to wrist, snake under, knife hand to throat, take down with sweep
Left side slash X block from side, vise grip take down
Waist slash Ridge hand block to wrist, circle right, sling knife or pinch palm, flip
Reverse slash Double forearm block, vise grip
Knife thrust Web hand block to wrist, spread feet, upper wrist flex, front kick, throw/flip
Knife thrust X block, circle right, left leg over shoulder, twist wrist, step out & kick face
